Vale and Tony retire, now what?

In the last 20 years they have dominated their respective sports, Valentino Rossi in MotoGP and Antonio Cairoli in the Motocross World Championship, not only in terms of performance, podiums, victories, but also in terms of image and “personal branding”.

We know how the personality of an athlete like Vale has took the spotlight (with his talent also of course), the perception that the audience has of him, this is how together with Tony they painted the stands of circuits all over the world in fluorescent yellow.

As we have already heard several times, it is the end of an era. True, but as one ends, another begins and enormous opportunities open up for those who will come.

Of course it will be more than hard to match the results obtained by these two phenomena, but there will certainly be room to build a strong identity and work on the personal image as a new icon of Italian motorcycling. Today, even more than before, it is important to take care of the marketing aspect for an athlete, a brand or an organization, with the supremacy of social media as a communication tool, you need to know how to convey your message in the right way and in an attractive way. Those who do not, miss the opportunity to tell about themselves, to make themselves known, and to create an impact on their audience, even those who are not into motorcycling yet.

This is what we recommend to the people we work with, to expand their vision, learn and grow together, creating a story to be told through creativity, which has the power to excite and make a change.
